About Hall Energy Consulting

Ken Hall is an electrical utility professional with 20+ years of management and engineering experience within the electrical utility industry. He has served as an industry spokesman representing utilities before federal agencies, state utility commissions, and executive management. His utility expertise in operations, project management, engineering, and planning have made him proficient at building group consensus and managing cross-functional teams on a range of industry projects.

Most recently, he served as Director of Security and Transmission & Distribution Operations with the Edison Electric Institute (EEI). There he managed EEI’s utility operations programs including the technical committees, mutual assistance program, standards program, and industry security program.

Ken Hall is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina and holds a Secret Level security clearance with the Department of Homeland Security.
